Eprapah - Charles S. Snow Environment Centre Friends of Eprapah Scout Fellowship

The Eprapah Leaders TeamThe Friends of Eprapah Scout Fellowship acts as a support group for Eprapah. Fellowship members (aged 26 and over) subscribe to the Promise and Law and are enrolled members of the Scouts Australia (Queensland Branch). Some members still hold a warranted position, others have relinquished their warrants but wish to retain an active interest in Scouting, and some have joined Scouting for the first time. Members meet at Mungara (the Eprapah Visitor Centre) at the Corner of Redland Bay/Cleveland Road and Colburn Avenue, Victoria Point every six weeks, Sundays at 2 pm, and business meetings usually alternate with informal meetings when the program may offer a walk in Eprapah, work on a project (eg. The Eprapah Native Plants Nursery, proceeds from which are put back into Eprapah), or just time to socialize. Members enjoy fellowship and the privilege of a close association with Eprapah and all that is being achieved there for youth and the community. We currently have a membership of 24 and would welcome enquiries from any interested person. For more information on becoming a member of the Friends of Eprapah click here or ring the Chairperson, Anne Stone (07 3378 4115; Email: b.stone@onaustralia.com.au) or the Secretary, Peta Banks (07 3207 7876) for more information.
